The key to making lasting change is finding both the right guidance and the right motivation. Motivation is key, because making lifestyle changes is seldom easy. As a nutrition coach, Poonam gives her clients scientific advice but also serves as a cheerleader in the process of forming new habits and making a lasting change. 

The process: Every person is unique so we can never have a ‘one diet fits all’  approach. Poonam starts by assessing the client’s body type and habits, and understanding their fitness goals. Accordingly, she suggests dietary and lifestyle plans. She then works with the client to realistically implement these changes in their lives.
